I just got an email from a listing agent . Turns out I worked with her on a buyer last year. She is representing the selling side on a short sale my buyer will be buying.

That will make the deal go smooth for all sides. She knows how the buyer I am working with will be taken care of, and that her seller is in good hands. So now she can go back to the short sale bank and let them know the buyer is in good hands.

Everyone will work nice and efficient on this and make things easier for the buyer , who is buying his first home. Goes to shows Denver is a small city and you better take care of people all the time.
