I just wanted to pass along that I have confirmed with one of the new asset managers for HUD homes in Colorado, that the $100 down payment incentive program has been discontinued in Colorado. This means you will need 3.5% down payment or to utilize the assistance of a local down payment assistance provider. We are CHFA, CHAC, HOAP, ACHA approved, so let us know if you have questions.~
